5.1. Mobility opportunities for pupils

Learning mobility for pupils in primary or secondary schools can be organised both in a group and individually. 

• An individual pupil mobility can be short- or long-term where pupils can spend short (10-29 days) or long (one month to one year) periods at a partner school or perform a traineeship at another relevant organisation abroad. An individual learning programme must be defined for each participant.
• Group mobility of school pupils can last from two to thirty days, with at least two pupils per group. Teachers or other authorised persons from the sending school must accompany the pupils for the entire duration of the activity.
